These are website terms of use only. They do not cover the sale, supply, warranty or servicing of trailers, vehicle bodies or mobile facilities. Those are set out in the quotation, purchase order and supply agreement issued for each individual build.

You may browse this website and download or print material for your own reference or to evaluate Brimarco as a supplier. You may not republish our material commercially, present it as your own, or use it in a way that misrepresents Brimarco or its products.

Brimarco builds to order. Specifications, dimensions, capacities, images and options shown on this website are indicative and are provided as a general guide only. They describe builds we have completed or can complete, not a fixed product catalogue.
Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation, or a warranty. Confirmed specifications, compliance details, pricing and lead times are provided in writing for your specific build. Please confirm anything you intend to rely on with our team before making a decision.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, photography, drawings, logos and the Brimarco name, is owned by Brimarco or used with permission. Customer names, logos and vehicle liveries appearing in project photography remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to illustrate completed work.

This website links to external resources, including regulator and road authority websites such as the NHVR and state transport departments. Those sites are not under our control. We provide the links for convenience and are not responsible for their content or for any regulatory guidance they contain.
