Large Van Based Mobile Libraries & Bookmobiles
an-based mobile libraries, sometimes called bookmobiles, offer a cost-effective and versatile way to deliver library services directly to the community. They are highly manoeuvrable, relatively fuel-efficient and well suited to both urban and regional routes. Depending on the selected vehicle and its GVM, many configurations can be operated with a standard car licence.
Mobile libraries can be created using platforms such as the Ford Transit, Volkswagen Crafter or Transporter, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, IVECO Daily and other comparable commercial vans.
